Sub Heading - The Goal Phase 1: Validate the idea by launching an MVP and getting to market as quickly as possible. Phase 2: Launch a scalable enterprise-grade solution and serve dealers nationwide. Sub Heading - The Approach Define the end user persona, value proposition, and scope a bare-bones MVP that maximized the value to the end user in minimal time. For the second release we set up auto-scaling infrastructure to handle thousands of concurrent users, added new features based on user feedback, and launched an email marketing campaign nationwide. Sub Heading - The Result We launched the MVP and our client made their first sale in less than 4 weeks. The product has been used to close 20K+ financing deals for >250 automotive dealerships across Canada.
