We leveraged cross-platform development tools to efficiently build iOS, Android, and web applications. This allowed us to deliver a consistent user experience across all platforms while maintaining flexibility for future updates. We incorporated a physical cold storage wallet to interact directly with the blockchain to perform on-chain transactions, bypassing Luxolo’s servers to enhance decentralization and asset ownership. In addition to cold storage, we implemented more advanced KYC metrics, ensuring comprehensive verification and more secure asset management for users.

Simplifying the Rewards Process
We collaborated with the Infoflutter team to revamp the design, introducing more control over the "Show & Tell" features. By conducting a thorough overhaul of the UI/UX, we made the rewards system more intuitive and accessible, ensuring a seamless user journey. These design changes were then implemented across the platform to provide a consistent experience.
Brand and Marketing
We worked closely with Infoflutter to revamp the website’s design and content, ensuring a stronger alignment with their marketing goals. This included a comprehensive redesign of key pages, as well as updated messaging and visuals that better conveyed the company’s value proposition. Once the new design was finalized, we implemented the changes site-wide.

The Approach

We built an intuitive platform from the ground up, enabling surveyors and property professionals to search, sort, and filter through massive archives of image-based plans. The interface makes it easy to locate precise survey records by location, date, project name, or custom tags. Users can also upload their own plans and optionally sell them through a built-in marketplace.
Scalable Infrastructure for Large Files
Handling ultra-high-resolution imagery required a robust architecture. We designed and deployed cloud infrastructure optimized for storage-intensive workloads, including CDN delivery for fast global access, efficient compression pipelines, and database indexing strategies for high-speed search across image metadata.
